Mie Goreng (Indonesian Fried Noodles) 
Serves 25 |  Estimated Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients: 
25 portions egg or ramen noodles 
25 eggs 
10 cups frozen vegetables
20 cloves garlic, minced 
2 1/2 cups soy sauce
2 cups cooking oil 

Instructions: 
1. Boil noodles; drain well
2. Sauté garlic in oil, add eggs and scramble 
3. Add vegetables and noodles 
4. Toss with soy sauce until evenly coated

Notes: 
-Best cooked in multiple large pans
