Ayam Kecap (Sweet Soy Chicken) 
Serves 25 |  Estimated Time: 45 Minutes

Ingredients: 
10lb chicken thighs or drumsticks 
25 cloves garlic, minced
6 large onions, sliced 
3 1/2 cups sweet soy sauce 
6 cups water 
2 1/2 cups cooking oil 

Instructions: 
1. Brown chicken in oil; remove 
2. Sauté garlic and onions
3. Return chicken, add soy sauce and water 
4. Simmer until chicken is cooked and sauce thickens

Notes: 
-You can add potatoes or eggs to stretch portions
-Use multiple pans for faster cooking
